RF adapters in a rugged pistol-grip case. Allows for direct
adaptation without intermediate couplers. All parts are
precision machined brass, not diecast, with tarnish
resistant nickel plating. Male center pin contacts are gold
plated brass. Female center contacts are gold plated heat
treated beryllium copper. Insulation material is high
density PTFE.

7/16 DIM Adapter Kit

This kit will enable the field service technician to connect
equipment that has 7/16 DIN connectors to other
equipment that has Type N connectors. These connectors are
not compatible, but both are commonly found on the same
types of telephone equipment and test equipment.
The key feature of the 7/16 DIN connector is the extremely
high resistance to inter-modulation interference. These
connectors are used in cellular phone and PCS systems to
reduce interference in crowed cell sites and also in radio,
television, and repeater sites.
An assortment of the most useful adapter for conversion
between 7/16 DIN and Type N.
