Tone and Probe Kits

Greenlee is proud to introduce fully upgraded versions of its industry standard tone and probe tracing kits.
These kits offer superior tracing for low voltage applications such as telephone, data, and security alarm
wiring. Essential for the internal wiring technician, the tone and probe kits provide the ability to check
voltage on wire pairs as well as generate a tagging tone, which is then picked up by the tracing probe.
Featuring overall improved internal circuitry in both the amplifer and the tone generator, all of the new tone
and probe kits promise to provide an enhanced customer experience for tracing and identifying single
conductors or cables within bundles, either at midpoint or at remote ends.
601K-G The 601K-G Basic Tracing Kit features volume control and external warble-select. The 701K-G Professional
Tone & Probe Tracing Kit takes the functionality a step further, featuring an LED headlight, headset jack,
Short circuit beeper and external warble-select. Finally, the 701K-G/6A Professional Tone and Probe Tracing
Kit has all the features of the 701K-G but incorporates upgraded Telco-Grade angled-bed-of-nails clips for
those larger jobs. Best of all, each tone and probe kit in this new series is backed by a one year warranty.
601K-G features: Tone Probe: 200B-G with adjustable volume control, and replaceable tip. Tone Generator:

Pro 3000 Tone and Probe Kit

The Pro3000 Tone & Probe Kit is the innovative analog tone and probe from Fluke Networks. It’s your best
choice for toning and tracing bare wire on non-active networks. Easily identify individual pairs with its
patented SmartTone™ technology (the fve different tones for exact pair identifcation). Angled-bed-of-nails
clips allow easy access to individual wires, and the RJ11 connector is ideal for use on telephone jacks. The
large powerful speaker on the probe allows you to hear through drywall, wood or other enclosures to fnd
wires quickly and easily. You can send tone up to ten miles on most cables. Attach the nylon pouch to your
belt, and you will be equipped for any wire identifcation job.
