Siemon’s single-sided vertical cable management channels provide an economic solution for managing large cable bundles between adjacent racks. They feature an open design with six easily configured dual-hinge managers (additional managers available separately) that enable customized management of patch cords. Cable access holes allow cords to be routed between the front and rear of the channel. Mounting holes within the channel accommodate Siemon’s quarter-turn cable managers (p/n RS-CH) and quarter-turn hook and loop cable managers for further customization of cable routing.

The channels are available in both 76mm (3 in.) and 152mm (6 in.) depths for use with standard 76mm (3 in.) racks or 152mm (6 in.) deep cable management racks such as Siemon’s RS-07. Alternately, the 76mm (3 in.) deep channels can be stacked back to back with the deeper cable management racks to optimize management of cables on both sides of the channel.

This Field Breakout Kit is designed to attach to one tube of a loose tube cable. They have either six or twelve 900 µm tubes that hold each of the coated fibers. For each end of the cable, one kit is needed for every tube. For example, part number M9B511 has two tubes with six 62.5/125 fibers each. This cable requires four field breakout kits; two for each end of the cable.

The kit is available in two sizes to accommodate the two different tube sizes which are manufactured by Mohawk. For tubes containing one to six fibers, the diameter is 0.075" (1.9 mm) and for tubes containing seven to twelve fibers, the diameter is 0.110" (2.8 mm).

LC Simplex Duplex adapter

This compact kit contains a special purpose splicer's knife, scissor and leather pouch. The knife features a short 13/4” tough, cutlery-steel blade and a non-slip handle. The scissors are made of high carbon steel with scraper and file on one sides. Both items fit securely in the leather pouch which can be mounted on belts up to 2” wide.
